Brainstorm a list of the top 5 things you would take with you on a 2.5 year journey to Mars and back. All of your items must fit in a one foot by one foot by one foot cube. Begin taking measurements of your items and recording them on your chart.
I'm really excited about this project!!! :D but sadly, for tonight's homework, I do not have a ruler nor measuring tape (Except for the metal construction kind... I am measuring my i-pod and a stuffed animal. Not gonna work.) So I only got a little bit of my measurements. Will we be working on this over the course of a few days? Because I could borrow a measuring tape from class, would that be OK? Also, I am working on this with a partner... I need her measurements as well.Or is this separate? Ahhh! I am confuzzled.
For tonight, just measure what you can. I will let you borrow a measuring tape tomorrow. Also, tomorrow, you will have a chance to meet with your partner to discuss your items. No worries!!
